These terms apply to Stories orders and should be read with the product page, basket total, delivery note and return chapter shown before checkout.

AcceptanceCheckout submission is an offer. The order is accepted only when confirmation or dispatch information is issued.
AvailabilityIf a garment becomes unavailable or fails allocation, the affected item may be cancelled and refunded.
Product viewPhotography and copy show fabric, drape and colour family, but screen settings and lighting can alter appearance.
Customer conductFalse details, payment abuse, promotion misuse or disruption of the store can lead to refusal or cancellation.
FaultsFaulty, damaged or incorrect goods should be reported quickly with photos and order details.
